Return Process

  Log into your Vastrado account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is placed back in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
